THE BRIEF

A residential property developer would like to push out serviced residence targeting senior people.

OUR APPROACH

Qualitative focus group discussion among both active silver generations and key decision making care givers were conducted. This was aimed to understand different concerns, drivers and triggers in all aspects from product and service level to communication level.

THE OUTPUT

Unified product and service requirements were injected. With hit-to-the-point attributes, the project closed all deals with less than budgeted marketing expenses.
