OUR APPROACH
ReDesign approach was used to help understand pain points and more importantly concerns from running business. Product concepts were developed from this phase. In the later phase these concepts were validated via qualitative focus group discussion and in-depth interviews.
THE OUTPUT
The client earned more customers base from minimal PR. Satisfied users recruit more users from their circle just to feel that they can introduce something good to their peers.
