OUR APPROACH
A Car Clinic was done where respondents were invited to evaluate client’s new model as well as competitors’ models (blind test) in the areas of designs, features, specifications and price.
This survey also covers information such as purchase journey, purchase drivers, brand & model imageries, etc.
THE OUTPUT
Client has successfully launched the new model where it became the top selling model in its segment – given that client is able to make minor tweaks to the new model based on the survey, and at the same time launched it at a competitive price point through the most suitable marketing strategy.
