OUR APPROACH
A Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Survey was conducted through Computer Aided Telephone Interview (CATI).
Customers who have completed a car purchase or sent their car for servicing will be contacted for a short survey regarding their sales or service experience.
THE OUTPUT
Client is able to take immediate action to resolve customer’s dissatisfaction based on the daily and monthly report provided by InsightAsia.
Through this survey, client managed to maintain as the TOP dealer amongst the other authorized dealers.
