  • Pre-developed diary to be filled in with every usage to record experience.
  • Follow up with qualitative groups for comparative perspectives, rationalizations.

Output

Detailed findings on usage experience, opportunities for improvement and recommendations, with photos, ~50 slides PowerPoint format.
