OUR APPROACH
A Post Product Launch Evaluation was done through face-to-face CAPI interviews where respondents are interviewed based on a set of structured questionnaire.
Different sets of respondents are recruited to provide a more complete view of the market. For example, it includes current owner, intender and turn-downer of the model, owners of different body types, etc.
THE OUTPUT
Client is able to understand motivating drivers and inhibitors impacting the purchase process and determine the areas of satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
It also helps client to have successfully launched the facelift version and to have a more unique propositions compared to competitors.
