To understand automotive market trend in Malaysia.

To determine the demographic profiles of buyer status and vehicle types, as well as their purchase journey, vehicle usage & purchase drivers and future purchase.

Also, to understand on usage patterns & satisfaction and new energy development.

OUR APPROACH

A Usage & Attitude Test was done through face-to-face CAPI interviews.

Vehicle owners of different segments, body types, car brands and models were recruited for this survey based on the pre-set/ agreed quota with client.

THE OUTPUT

This survey helps client to better understand their target customers in terms of their profile and characteristics.

In additional to that, client is able to gauge future demand in terms of vehicle specifications and features for future planning and development.
