OUR APPROACH
Conducted focus group discussions with different user cohorts to gain insights into their needs, expectations, and experiences with various social media community channels. This will help build stakeholder empathy and identify the content requirements of each user group.
THE OUTPUT
The research provided valuable local insights and expectations from different cohorts, offering guidance to various stakeholder teams in refining their market strategies and initiatives to drive growth.
